Shipping policy
We currently ship within Australia and internationally.
Delivery Time:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
All products go through a preparation process before shipping.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress on our Track Your Order page or directly through the courier’s website.
Change of Address:
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@eyeamsassy.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, We are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped.
